Tracey Plascencia

Tracey Plascencia is the owner of Mt. Yoga studio.  Tracey has been practicing yoga for 25 years and teaching for over 20. Her teacher is Swami Maha-tarananda who’s teacher was Sri Goswami Kriyananda , the founder and Spiritual Preceptor of the Temple of Kriya Yoga. He carried the flame of the Kriya Lineage through the mystical Teachings of his Guru, Paramahansa Yogananda.

Tracey is a registered Yoga Teacher, Educator of Yoga Teacher's and Prenatal Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. Additionally, she has two national fitness certifications and is a Certified Tennis Professional with the United States Professional Tennis Association with education in sports specific athletic training.

Beth Corbisez

Beth has been practcing yoga for over 15 years and recently became a Kundalini yoga instructor. She is also a certified Healing Touch practitoner and has studied other forms of energy medicine such as Matrix Energetics, Reiki, and Halo Ascension Infusion. She is passionate about connecting with others and facilitating their self-healing. She lives with an open heart and can often be seen “leaking” tears of Love. Beth is excited to be combining Kundalini yoga, energy work and meditation because she knows that all three are paths to self-healing, improved well-being, and living life as our best self
 
Kundalini Yoga is one of the most ancient forms of yoga. Each class is constituted of yogic breathing techniques, physical kriyas (definite exercises), sacred chants and ancient meditations. This technology works together within the body to increase awareness and life force by guiding the, often dormant, Kundalini energy up the spine. Practitioners can expect heightened feelings of euphoria, increased attunement, a release of anxiety or stress and many other physical benefits including the strengthening of the immune and nervous system, detoxification, improving digestion, increasing mental clarity and alertness, and experiencing overall well being.
