I began my yoga practce in 2006 in my home with a DVD and a yoga mat. From there, I decided to take my first yoga class at a gym. Although I enjoyed it, I knew I wanted more than the gym class offered, so I found various studios to call “mine”. I started taking classes at Mt. Yoga in 2012, although it went by a different name then. After taking classes from so many experienced and knowledgeable, not to mention personable, teachers over the next few years, I knew I had found my special place. I took the giant leap to undertake the personal growth and teacher training intensive in 2017, and have not looked back! I look forward to growing and learning with all of the amazing teachers here at Mt. Yoga.
