A lifelong seeker of east-west modes of healing and through the encouragement of Mt. Yoga’s incredible staff, I developed a daily practice of yoga and meditation. Whether my practice is 2 minutes or 2 hours, it’s a personal refuge accessible at any time, in any setting and goes where I go. The gifts experienced so far are increased emotional balance, life upliftment, deepened connections to others, boundary setting, natural weight management and repetitive strain injury relief. Access to your personal refuge is unlocked by saying yes to sincere and quality self-care and touching your toes is neither required nor necessary. Yoga is for everybody and every body and my wish for you is to experience the gifts intended for you.
