I was born and raised in Israel and moved to the USA in 2008. My first yoga class was at the gym I used to go and I remember , so clearly, how I felt at the final pose, savasana.. Laying on the mat I felt like I am flying.. felt released.. felt free.. a feeling that i had never experienced before.

I decided to join the Mt. Yoga teacher training course to enrich my self and make a deeper spiritual connection to yoga. As I moved forward with the training I realized how amazing and important this practice is, and now I wanted to share it not only with my loved ones but also with others.

Moran instructs the following:
  • Vinyasa Yoga
  • This gently flowing style of yoga creates strength and flexibility, whilst using the breath to calm the nervous system. As you move through the sequences, you will explore the connections between mind, body and breath; open the heart; unblock tensions; and create and maintain balance.

    All levels welcome! There is an emphasis on precise alignment to allow beginning students to enjoy the practice whilst honoring their limitations. Options and alternatives are given for more advanced practitioners.

  • Sunrise Energize Vinyasa
  • This is a powerful, energetic style of yoga gracefully moving from one pose to the next while connecting breath to movement. Throughout class, students will be challenged with balance, cardio, as well as physical and mental stamina in order to build strength and flexibility. The goal of this class is connecting the mind, body and spirit encouraging each students personal discovery and growth.

    All levels welcome! This is a revitalizing class with an emphasis on alignment to ensure a safe environment for all. Modifications and alternatives offered for all levels.

    You must pre-register for this class by 10:00 PM the night before.
