With this practice we learn contentful living by opening our heart and connecting with humanity. Yoga teaches and reminds us we are not alone, but part of the greater unity of life."

Tracey instructs the following:
  • Hatha Yoga
  • The class will consist of a series of classical Hatha yoga postures that will be performed slowly and to each student’s capability. Emphasis will be placed on relaxing and listening to one’s own body. The goal of the class will be increased flexibility and body strengthening along with mind, body and spirit integration promoting better health and reducing stress.

This is a multi-level Hatha based class that is suitable for beginners to experienced practitioners.

  • Fusion Yoga
  • East meets West.  Get the best practices of traditional Eastern India Hatha - asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing techniques) combined with Western India Kundalini kriyas (meditation exercises) and breath of fire.  These exercises will rejuvenate you body and mind.  This is the best of class marriage between what these two ancient yoga traditions have to offer.

Come join Mt. Yoga's "evolution revolution" and begin your ascent to your higher Self.  Namaste, Sat Nam

  • Integrated Yoga
  • Whether you're challenged by day-to-day stress or overwhelmed by chronic anxiety, this class will help you learn how to find quiet in the chaos. Through effective yoga postures and deep breathing, you will train your body to replace the fight or flight response with a focused sense of balance and calm. All levels are welcome. If possible, please bring an eye pillow/or a small hand towel.

  • Kundalini Yoga
  • Kundalini Yoga is one of the most ancient forms of yoga. Each class is constituted of yogic breathing techniques, physical kriyas (definite exercises), sacred chants and ancient meditations. This technology works together within the body to increase awareness and life force by guiding the, often dormant, Kundalini energy up the spine. Practitioners can expect heightened feelings of euphoria, increased attunement, a release of anxiety or stress and many other physical benefits including the strengthening of the immune and nervous system, detoxification, improving digestion, increasing mental clarity and alertness, and experiencing overall well being.
